Our facility houses technically advanced turning and milling equipment capable of many standard and specialty machining processes. Multi-axis machining centers equipped with CNC controls, with 3+2 axis, and rotary tables, enable us to machine parts with minimal setup and rapid cycle times.

This type of machining aids in less errors in parts multiple features due to less handling of the part from one machine to another having different set ups.

We have the capacity to mill parts with dimensions of up to 40” in length x 20” in width x 22” in height and turn parts measuring up to 14” in diameter x 16” in length. By combining our expert machining skills with the advanced features of our equipment, we can uphold tolerances as close as ±0.0001”.
